Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months of service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its systems
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service (scraping)

Player matching and identification results are probabilistic and should not be considered definitive. Users should exercise their own judgment when using the Service for chess preparation.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOOP CHESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
